Draw chains across a board of adorable fruit-spirits. The longer the link, the stronger it lands. Blossom junctions let a single chain change colour mid-flow — and when the syrup jar is full, pour it, and every fruit forgets its colour and becomes simply sweet.
Everything in Bonara Syrup flows from three interlocking ideas. Simple once you feel them — deep once you start planning around them.
Drag across fruit-spirits of the same colour to build a chain. The longer it runs before you lift, the harder it lands — so patience pays. Short taps clear, long sweeps hurt.
Core mechanicCertain tiles glow with a golden blossom. Run your chain through one and it changes colour mid-flow — letting a single long chain arc across the whole board for sprawling, satisfying combos.
Colour shiftGrey Hush patches sleep quietly — until they stir. Leave one unattended and it strikes back, spreading to neighbouring tiles and putting spirits back to sleep. Every move is a small decision about what to clear first.
The threatGather enough ripe fruit and the grove weeps a slow golden syrup into your jar. Pour it, and for one bright moment every fruit forgets its colour and becomes simply sweet — any of them chain together, and every hit burns the Hush twice as fiercely.
Each region has its own palette, its own Hush flavour, and its own quiet corner of the valley to heal — with six hand-crafted groves apiece.
Along the way you'll find dormant companions sleeping in the grove — each with a charged ability of their own, growing stronger as you tend to them. Bring them into battle and plan your turn around what they can do.
When you call on Pip, the very next chain you draw lands twice as hard. Save Pip for the longest chain you can build and the Hush won't know what hit it.
Nib reaches out to the nearest Hush patch and settles it for one full turn — buying you time to extend your chain without it striking back. Quiet, essential.
Fennel is grumpy about all of it — the Hush, the sleeping spirits, all of it. When you call on him, he shakes the whole grove, clearing every Hush patch simultaneously. Dramatic. Effective.
No timers, no rush. The valley unfolds at your pace — twenty-four groves, four regions, each with its own quiet story and its own corner of sky to let back in.
